TIU Group confirms Anti-Bribery Management System Certification under the new ISO 37001:2025 standard

TIU Management, TIU Holdings, certSIGN, Trident Servicii și Mentenanță, and UTI Construction and Facility Management, companies within the TIU Group, have successfully completed the certification confirmation audit for their anti-bribery management systems in accordance with ISO 37001:2025, the new edition of the international standard dedicated to preventing and combating corruption.

The audit, conducted by the international certification body MSECB Canada, confirms that the anti-bribery management system implemented across the TIU Group companies meets the new requirements and development directions introduced by the 2025 edition of the standard. The new edition places greater emphasis on strengthening an ethical culture, managing conflicts of interest, integrating climate change considerations, and aligning the anti-bribery management system with the organization’s other management systems.

For the TIU Group companies, the transition to ISO 37001:2025 represents the evolution of a system that we continuously build and improve. Integrity must be reflected in our day-to-day decisions, in the way we manage business relationships and, above all, in how we build and strengthen the trust of our partners. This trust, earned through consistency, transparency, and responsibility, is an important foundation for the development of the TIU Group,” said Răzvan Petrescu, President of the TIU Group.

The audit also confirms the effectiveness of the measures adopted to identify, prevent, and manage corruption risks, including those arising in relationships with external partners and collaborators.

An anti-bribery system is effective when prevention becomes an integral part of all an organization’s processes. One of our priorities is to ensure that integrity principles are understood and consistently applied throughout the organization. The audit, aligned with the new requirements of ISO 37001:2025, validates the effectiveness of the system we have built and also provides us with a clear perspective on the areas where our practices and compliance mechanisms can be further improved,” said Florentina Constantin, Director of the Compliance Department.

The TIU Group companies are among the first fully Romanian-owned entities to adopt the ISO 37001 anti-bribery management system. certSIGN, UTI Construction and Facility Management, and Trident Servicii și Mentenanță obtained certification in 2018, followed by TIU Management in 2021, while TIU Holdings obtained its initial certification in 2024.
