TIU companies confirm the anti-corruption certification in compliance with the ISO 37001 standard

The certification serves as a recognition of the companies’ commitment to implement and maintain policies and procedures aligned with the highest international standards of integrity, as well as continuously monitoring and improving high-risk processes. Additionally, the certification underscores the ongoing efforts of the TIU Group companies to ensure ethical and transparent business practices in their interactions with partners, clients, and other third parties, contributing to a responsible and integral business environment.

Maintaining the certification according to ISO 37001 confirms TIU’s attachment to ethics and integrity as imperatives in business. It is a commitment we make to our partners, clients, and employees that we will continue to conduct our activities in line with internationally applicable ethical standards. In an increasingly complex and high-risk business environment, the integrity we embed in all our activities and processes remains a defining element in building lasting and trustworthy relationships with our partners and is essential for our future development,” stated Răzvan Petrescu, President of the TIU Group.

The ISO 37001 anti-bribery and anti-corruption management system certifications were granted by the international certification body MSECB Canada and reflect the ongoing strengthening of the culture of integrity and compliance within the companies, as well as the concrete steps they are taking to manage corruption risks both in their processes and in the markets in which they operate.

We aim for all TIU Group companies to be an example of best practices in integrity and to contribute to a fair and transparent business environment. Maintaining the ISO 37001 certification is an important step in this endeavour and provides assurance that we are a trustworthy partner, conducting our activities in accordance with clear ethical principles,” added Florentina Constantin, Compliance Officer.

certSIGN, UTI Construction and Facility Management, and Trident Servicii si Mentenanta were the first fully Romanian-owned companies to be certified in accordance with the international anti-corruption management standard ISO 37001 in 2018, while the group’s management company, TIU Management, was certified in 2021.
